Grilled Mediterranean 1/2 Chicken Dinner for 2

A perfect spring/summer lunch or dinner. The chicken is marinated in a balsamic-herb mixture with lots of garlic, then grilled over high heat. We cook it sous vide to lock in those delicious flavours. You brush the barbecue sauce on after heating it and crisp it up under the broiler or on your barbecue. Serve over top of the Orzo Pasta which you can serve hot or chilled.
