We have grilled a delicious fillet of Jail Island Atlantic Salmon and cooked it sous vide with a Smoky Maple Butter using local maple syrup from Carter's Maple Syrup in Severn Ontario. This is a combination you shouldn't miss!

REMOVE INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS FROM KIT PACKAGE HEAT
PRODUCTS, UNOPENED WITH ENOUGH WATER TO COVER THEM
If heating multiple products at once, heating time will be longer.
- Bring Pot Of Water To A Boil (If using a sous vide circulator, preheat water to 70C /160F)
- Place salmon into pot of water. Reduce to low. (Decrease circulator setting to 60C/140F) Heat for a minimum 15 - 20 mins, max 1 hr.
- Remove salmon from pot. Open pouch, remove salmon fillet.
CAUTION: POUCH CONTENTS WILL BE HOT
