Decadent Chocolate Moussecake with Raspberry Chambord Coulis GF

A dark, rich, flourless, chocolate moussecake "baked" underwater then topped with a brillant Raspberry Chambord Coulis.  Best served a little bit warm to achieve that chocolate gooey goodness! (having said that, we just learned that some of our customers eat this straight from the freezer like a decadent ice cream! Who knew?)
