We are passionate about sourcing our raw materials for our Without Reservations products from local family farms here in Ontario. These farmers use time-honoured practices of ethically raising their animals.
Our beef, bison, lamb and pork are pasture raised, grass fed, supplemented and finished with non-GMO grains and are RWA (raised without ever having antibiotics or added hormones).
Our chicken is Certified Organic, free range, and supplemented with a non-GMO grain diet. We source our fish and seafood from sustainable Canadian farms and fisheries.

Canada is one of the largest food wasters on the planet. We personally throw out over 170 kgs of food, annually! Without Reservations helps to reduce your food waste by individually portioning our products. You heat only what you eat. Everything you need is in the pouch!
By not selling our products through traditional retail channels (grocery stores), we avoid the extra packaging required. Our products come to you in the pouches they were cooked in. No fancy boxes.
The sous vide pouches we use are recyclable (check with your community regarding whether they can recycle them).
Our shipping boxes and ice packs are 100% Reuseable and 100% Recyclable!
