Pioneered and perfected, over the past 25 yrs, the sous vide cooking method in Canada. Lawrence studied sous vide cooking in Paris, France under Bruno Goussault, a founder of the sous vide cooking method in the 1970’s.
Lawrence has been creating delicious sous vide meals for business and first class airline service and numerous national and international white tablecloth restaurant chains.
His goal is to bring the convenience and deliciousness of sous vide cooked foods to your home for you to enjoy!
