Without Reservations is a small batch, artisan, online food company focused on creating and delivering mouth-watering, sous vide cooked, bistro-inspired fare for home enjoyment from seasonal, local ingredients.
HOW WE DO IT
We start with the best local, ethically raised beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck and turkey, all of which are raised without antibiotics or added hormones.
All of our recipes have been developed in-house by our Chef de Cuisine/Sous Vide Guru, and our team of tasters! Meats are appropriately spiced or marinated, grilled or seared to develop flavour, then vacuum packaged in BPA free, heat-stable pouches. We then cook the products slowly….very slowly, in a water bath. The products are then chilled and frozen, ready for you to effortlessly heat in a pot of hot water on your stove. Delicious made easy!
